  • AB Lundgrens Mekaniska Verkstad was established in 1912
  • Manufacturer of components, machinery, (e.g. torpedo tubes to the Swedish Navy)
  • Relocated to the village Hjärup in 1982
  • Commenced cooperation with Tetra Pak in 1985
  • Incorporated in Midway Holding Group in 1997
  • Acquire ”Ingenjörs Byrån Schneider” (IBS) in 1998, manufacturer of packaging machines
  • 2011 Name change to Lundgren Machinery AB
  • 2015 TOMB Packaging AB starts as a sales company of IBS machines
  • 2016 Lundgren Machinery 4.0, TOMB Packaging AB acquire the shares in LM
  • 2017 TOMB är ett holding bolag och all verksamhet bedrift i Lundgren Machinery AB
  • 2023 XANOs business unit Industrial Solutions acquire Lundgren Machinery AB
